Substitute Listing for 2011

Contact any of these golfers in advance if you need a substitute.  Of course, you can always call your own sub outside this list.  The requirement is only that the substitute knows how to play golf, and come to the course at 4:00 ready to play.  I also need 3 scores or an established index # (SCGA or PLGA)

Try to give the substitute as much notice as you can.  It is also suggested that you pay for your substitute's green fee of $19.  He/she is doing you a favor by playing for you on short notice.
